All GO TELL THEM hand made, hand dyed and re made pieces are one of a kind items, hand processed from our studio in the UK. Sizing, individual hand made qualities and discrepensies are listed on individual product pages. Please note that you are purchasing hand made product that isn’t made on a production line. Please check all details, measurements and notes carefully before purchasing, and please contact us if you have any questions regarding the style or need any advice on fit or how to measure yourself for the garment.

As all pieces are one of a kind, we are unable to exchange for a like for like product, but can help you to exchange for an alternative product. MADE TO ORDER PIECES
Made to order pieces are not refundable. When you order a MTO piece from us, we order the fabric and create the piece especially for your order. Pieces are sold as seen, and are hand made, and are made to the specification of the product pictured and described. There may be minor discrepencies within standard industry tolerance levels per piece.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AND ITEM
Please note, you may only exchange an item for an item of the same style. Only the size and colour may be changed if the size and colour are available. If not, we will process a full refund. Please ensure you exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging with swing tags/ labels and/or stickers attached/ included.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND / EXCHANGE
To return a product you must send back to us by tracked delivery. Please note that if the return is not received we will not be able to process a refund or return. We recommend that whenever you return products to us you send them via an insured, traceable delivery service. Please return products to us in suitable packaging to ensure they reach us in good condition and, in the case of, accessories returned in the original box wherever possible. Product needs to be returned in the same condition as sold, and any product without tags or shown to be worn will have the refund request rejected. Please allow 48 hours on receipt of the goods for a refund to be actioned. We will contact you when the refund has been received and processed.
Please note that the original delivery charge applied at checkout is non-refundable.
If you fail to take care of returned products, or fault ot return the product to us, we will be entitled to reduce the amount we refund to you to take into account the reduction in value of the product, or to withold the total refund amount.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel an item after ordering please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the status of the order, we will do out best to accomodate your request. If the order has already been processed it will no longer be possible to cancel.
OUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS AND LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY
You have certain rights under the law. These include:
That any products supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Website; certain remedies if a product is defective; and a right to cancel your order within fourteen days (as set out above).
